Cancellation Policy

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY To confirm the appointment we ask for a 30% deposit through bank money transfer. Cancellation policy: 30% deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation cancellation if we are given less than 24 hours before the appointment time. In a case we were have contact you to cancel full refunds would be provided to the customer and 30% will not be applicable. Deposit can be kept for a future bookings. Confirmation and cancellation policy might be different in case of special offers or packages.
